The significance of this project is manifested by the following six goals -- Goal 1 is to create a community memory to preserve the intellectual asset of the community of practice Goal 2 is to engender a process for continuous knowledge creation Goal 3 is to build professional excellence through knowledge sharing Goal 4 is to form a virtual learning community beyond time and space boundaries Goal 5 is to establish a conducive environment to effective knowledge creation and diffusion Goal 6 is to assess effectiveness of new knowledge produced from this project.
