Dr. Feng-Kwei Wang

Project Manager

Dr. Wang is the administrator of the KITE project and shares direction of the project with the other members of the executive team. He leads the development team for the design, development, and implemenation of the knowledge repository.

Dr. David Jonassen

Team Leader

Dr. Jonassen oversees the design and development of knowledge representation and the content for the knowledge repository and directs the knowledge creation and diffusion process. He is also a member of the executive team.

Dr. Joi Moore

Team Leader

Dr. Moore leads the assessment team to develop instruments to measure the quality of content and artifacts in the knowledge repository, organization readiness and leadership for the project and the effectiveness of the knowledge creation and diffusion process. She also works with Judy Pfannenstiel, the external evaluator, to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the project. She is also a member of the executive team.

Dr. John Wedman

Team Leader

Dr. Wedman oversees the organizational change tasks and provides training and support to knowledge scouts and consortium leaders. He is also a member of the executive team.

Dr. Chi-Ren Shyu

Team Leader

Dr. Shyu is in charge of the development of the case-based reasoning engine for the knowledge repository.
