Dr.
Ross holds a dual appointment in the College
of Education at Kansas State University. He holds an
academic appointment in the Department
of Foundations and Adult Education where he teaches
both graduate and undergraduate classes. His undergraduate
interests are in Instructional Media and Technology. His
graduate level teaching deals with advanced hypermedia,
networking and ethical issues relative to digital technology.
Dr. Ross also holds an administrative appointment as the
Director of Technology Services for the College of Education.
In this role he is responsible for the planning, staff development
and implementation of technology in the College.
